Monthly Website Management
We tailor our ongoing packages to suit our clients, their industry, size and budget. For example we recommend having ten competitors to monitor. However if the budget doesn't allow for this we could do three instead. We recommend at least four blog posts a month but we could do one if the budget only allows for that.
Drupal Security Updates
Drupal is continuously being developed by 1000's of developers around the world. When new releases of the software come out, it is very important that we update to it. Most often the updates are about performance and security. You can learn more about Drupal updates here.
The cost for this varies from site to site being as all websites are unique. Some websites have more modules than others, thus more or less work and testing.
Competitor Analysis
Our first release of your Website will be the best there is on that day. However, things move on and ideas evolve. We feel it is good practise to compile a list of the 10 biggest competitors. Then on a monthly basis go over their websites looking for inspiration. In this way, staying ahead of the best.
We'll email our findings over in a document for us to discuss and settle on our battle plan moving forward. We can also include a shortlist of interesting page titles that we encounter.
Content Creation
We deliver incredibly easy to use websites. They allow our non-technical clients to add, edit and delete content. However writing interesting blog posts about your industry can be time consuming. This is something we can look at doing for you. Learn more about this service.
Adwords
Adwords and other pay-per-click channels can be a lifeline to many businesses. Like most things these need constant monitoring and managing. If something changes, we need to act on it straight away. Not wait until a monthly review to find out. Learn more about our Pay-Per-Click management.
SEO Reports
Hopefully your content is being regularly added and updated. So part of what we do is give you an actionable list of tweaks to make, that will keep users and search engines happy. Learn more about our SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) audit.
Website performance reports
Here's where we report on what has actually happened on your website. Here's some questions we always ask:
- What keywords did we rank for and what position was we at?
- How many times was we shown in Google?
- How many people actually came to the website?
- Where did they come from? Direct, Search engines, social networks, referrals from other websites...
- How long did they spend on the website?
- How many people bounced straight back out from the website?
- How many conversions (phone calls, contact form submissions, purchases...) took place?
- Where did the conversions come from?
There are other questions that we ask ourselves but the above are some of the more critical.
